O apartamento carece de algumas manutenções, como já mencionado em outras avaliações, principalmente para quem viaja em família e cozinha, o forno não funcionava e somente uma boca do fogão acendia - não foi possível aos anfitriões solucionar o problema durante nossa estadia, felizmente levamos uma air fryer e a utilizamos. Os utensílios de cozinha são bastante variados.
Outro ponto de melhoria, tem a ver com a restrição a estender roupas na varanda, sem que haja varal de teto ou de pé disponíveis.
