Great property for a group ski trip. Walkable to Cabriolet lift which takes you to Canyons base. Or walkable to a bus stop that takes you to Park City (downtown and base).

Very comfortable and clean. Well appointed with plenty of beds, furniture, blankets, pillows, towels, soaps, kitchen items, etc. Washer and dryer were a nice convenience. Easy to drive to/from main street Park City - 10-15 min depending on traffic. Also appreciated being close to Jans' rentals for skis. TVs are old and do not have streaming access, the cable service did not work, although the owner/manager was responsive and tried to fix it. The location is convenient to the Canyons portion of Park City resort, but it is not anything close to "ski in/out." It was too far for us to walk in ski boots and with our gear so we drove up to the Cabriolet gondola parking lot, which was free and had space as long as we arrived before 8:30am. A bus is also available near this lot, to access the Park City resort near main street. Cost was a touch on the high side considering the location, I should have looked closer at exactly where the condo was relative to the ski area.

Great place. It is above the garage, so you can hear that open/shut. But fantastic area and price. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay again :)
