This was a great flat for a week’s stay with my family of 4. Loved the decor. My kids ended up sleeping out in the living room because the space was so inviting. The neighborhood was a quiet enclave with incredibly easy bus, tube, and walking access to everywhere we wanted to go. And had great coffee, grocery, and the daily lunch market within 2 blocks. Would definitely stay here again.

On one hand it's a lovely loft apartment in a great neighborhood. On the other hand, my first 24 hours there were terrible. The address provided on the website was wrong, and I was only given the correct address through check-in instructions sent to me that day. Those instructions made clear that the lockbox was located a block from the apartment, which considering I was arriving alone, at night, in the rain, with a huge suitcase having already gone to the wrong address was incredibly stressful. When I finally got into the apartment the heat was off, so the interior temperature was only 15 C/59 F. The instructions to turn on the radiator heat were really complicated and included having to rebalance the pressure in the boiler (???) which honestly for a guest to have to do is insane. It took a full 24 hours for the apartment to get up to a comfortable temperature. The wifi was also broken and the password and login info provided by the management company was wrong.
