This is a lovely and spacious property. The beds were super-comfortable and we all slept well. There is a large shower area and a good-sized bath, which were lovely to use. Everything was sparkling clean and we enjoyed our stay in this property. It is within walkable distance of the city centre and is in a quiet street. Something to note: no basics are provided. We had to find a supermarket when we arrived, to buy teabags, milk, coffee and toilet rolls. I would recommend this property for a stay, and our group had a great time. Worth the money.

it is a wonderful cottage in a quiet location. The property has everything you need and is spotlessly clean and comfortable. lovely welcome baskets for us, and the dogs were very appreciated. The pub and garden centre are within walking distance and a short drive into Matlock. There is plenty to do around the area I would definitely come back. Thank you.
