The unit was pictured/ described accurately, for the most part clean. Some of the items in the kitchen were not usable for us (rusty kitchen scissors, yellow stained cutting board) but microwave & fridge were very clean. Linens and towels clean.
A HUGE disappointment was having to pack, dishsoap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, & toilet paper. It was probably $20 worth of stuff but would be really nice to not have to worry about supplying myself on vacation.
Lastly, the other huge disappointment- being told we'd get charged $50 for early arrival so we sat around for 2 hours after driving for 8 hrs. Those details make the difference during vacation.
