El lugar, es muy cómodo, limpio y con mucha luz, aunque las ventanas dan a la parte interna de otros edificios,tiene muy buena calefacción, y todo funciona muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena ya que estás a 50 mts de la boca de metro que te direcciona a otros sitios de la ciudad, también hay varios supermercados donde los precios son aceptables.
El único inconveniente es que tiene escaleras solamente para el acceso a los dptos.
