En general bueno !
Le seul point noir concerne les conditions d'accès au logement: juste après avoir effectué la reservation nous devions recevoir un mail nous redirigeant vers un site pour enregistrer tous les voyageurs et ainsi recevoir les instructions d'accès. Or ce mail ne nous ont a jamais été envoyé et lorsque je m'en suis rendue compte, l'hôte n'a pas du tout été réactif lorsque j'ai essayé de le contacter via la plateforme, par mail ou encore par téléphone. Il a fallu que Airbnb intervienne pour que VillaLanzarote daigne enfin me répondre.

continuo a non capire però la necessità di un doppio check-in. tutt'altro che intuitivo.
e puntualmente siamo rimasti fuori casa un'ora a cercare di capire come entrare con informazioni a metà tra Airbnb e il sito di villas Lanzarote.
visto che non sono l'unico ad aver lamentato la cosa, consiglio di rivedere il vostro sistema di check-in.
