施設はとても眺望が良く、日用品を購入する小さなショップまでは徒歩3分程度で、便利です。大き目なスーパーまでは7分くらいかかります。
旧市街まではバスやトラムが必要な距離です。その分価格がリーズナブルでした。
不足的地方：1.入住不方便，机场出来拖着大箱子，一共才五六公里路，需要先打车去接待处拿钥匙，把箱子卸下来，再打车1.5公里去房间。但是好像很多尼斯的民宿都是这样集中管理模式的，所以规避不了。2.主卧的窗户是对着楼梯间的公区走廊，晚上只要有人走过，公区感应灯就会自动亮起，而窗帘就是个麻的质地，没有任何遮光效果。3.房型结构为了客厅的一线海景，损失了户型规划，就像一个细长长方形，从进门开始，依次主卧，两间厕所，次卧，客厅，阳台。
