Great central location in the heart of surfers paradise with a car park. Good sized space and quite functional. However our key did not work in the main lobby lifts, meaning that we would have to use the carpark lift everytime we wanted to leave the apartment. There is also a strong musky/damp smell if you leave all the doors closed. Other than that the place was good.
