The apartment was in a great location in Docklands. We had access to The District which was a 5-minute walk away, with lots of great food and shopping options and a huge Woolworths for all your local shopping needs . Our host Michael was super friendly and accommodating and it was great interacting with him.
The location within a free tram zone was also a great extra, it was a short tram ride into the city and South Wharf and having a free parking spot within the building was perfect. This is a great place to stay at if you want to avoid the city and still be close by, I would highly recommend it!

There were hairs on top of the toilet seat, I guess it was dropped by the cleaner in the process of cleaning. A bit of trouble to book the check in time but it was solved smoothly.
Unexpected house rule for check out which indicated that we need clean the dishes, place them back to the locations where we found them and disposed all the garbages. I wonder what the cleaning fee is for with the unexpected check out rule.
Apart from that, the airbnb is nice and convenient location. Situated in the middle of docklands with Woolworths nearby and walking distance to free tram zone.

Such a fantastic space. This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. The best part was the quick communication. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours and we requested a late check out the night before which was accepted without any additional fees. We so appreciated this.
The space was clean and tidy, and had all the amenities listed.
Its a perfect space, in a great location with lots to do, without venturing too far.

Excellent location right near Albert Park and several tram stops which will take you anywhere around Melbourne. The apartment was clean and the provided appliances (cooking, washing, etc) were very handy for our family.
