The overall experience would be improved by a change in tone by the host- I am used to welcoming, enthusiastic hosts who offer tips on where to eat. The general tone here was
"bring your own toilet paper" and "empty the dishwasher or you will be charged $50". Despite the beautiful house and location I would prefer to find another place for my next visit.

We had a great weekend with adult friends at this house! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the first floor had a great layout for socializing, cooking, and sharing meals. It's perfectly situated, within 1 block to the boardwalk and beach and 2 blocks to the main strip of restaurants, shops, and activities. The house was clean well furnished. We would definitely stay again.
