We had a last minute cancelation on our previous airbnb due to a heater not working. I was able to book this place only a few hours before arrival. There is a park walking distance that has great sledding. The village is also only a mile or two from the house. Our host was amazing.

We frequent this property for multiple reasons. The host is always so accommodating, which continues to make our decision to return.
We walked in the door, knowing that the property is not only immaculate, but all of the amenities makes our stay all the more enjoyable.

Great location - close to everything yet still very private and quiet. Our dogs absolutely loved the big backyard and our two boys loved the jacuzzi and kids games that were at the house. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay as a family of four. We will be back!

This place was awesome! To start off, it’s in a peaceful area just 3 ish minutes away from the beach on foot. The place itself was super cozy, homey, and smelled nice. Everything was clean and organized. All the amenities were great as well. And what really sold it to me was the fact that everything was color matched. Gold colored kitchen handles matched with the silverware, off white ish pots...

I can't say enough about how home-like Joanie and her team made this stay. I have very high standards and this location surpassed my needs. If you are looking for a quiet and extremely clean beach home away from home in/around Oxnard, this is hard to beat.
