Was just as described. Loved the covered parking space. Very clean place. It is located in a very good spot, very close to River Street. Just note, there isn't a fenced in area to let your dog out, so will have to keep them on a leash. Other than that its great. Savannah is very walkable. Would definitely stay again.

Without Gina's spot on directions the parking could have been a challenge to find, but follow her direction to the letter and you're right there. I'm not certain a higher profile vehicle would fit under the awning over the designated spot, but there's plenty of alternate spots just a few yards away. Talk about location! We never moved our vehicle the whole 3+ days we visited. Everything in the historic district was very walkable, even for us 60+ year olds.

Historic house in a great location. Short walk to River Street, but out of the way enough to be in a quiet area. The house definitely showed the history of the area, but also had the issues that you would expect from an old/historic house.
