Overall I had a great experience staying here. A bumpy start with the room, it needed a change but the staff were more than happy to assist and got me a new room.

First of all, I want to thank the people at Golden Line for being friendly and nice. However it was our first Vietnam experience and therefore a bit hard, as most of the people we talked to talk poorly English, or are just supershy to communicate which makes it hard to ask for things, as a normal question leads to 10 misunderstandings.
Aside from that the pool was a bit disappointing as it looks dirty and the way to the pool is terrible. You have to drive to the 10th floor with the elevator and then climb dirty stairs and a destroyed staircase.
Then you reach the pool which might be nice for some but to be honest looked dirty based on the experience you have getting up there. Also aside from drinks you can’t get food at the rooftop bar and it’s poorly visited. I even felt bad for the employer working there or waiting for any customer to drink or going to swim.
To sum it up: it’s a hotel and they take care that you feel comfortable and happy. Daily cleaning & friendly smiles.
