We stayed at Victor's for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The room matched the photos, was clean, spacious and had the basic amenities (mini fridge, mini coffee pot and small microwave). There was internet included and DISH Satellite. The TV was a Roku TV but you had to have your own Roku account to be able to use that feature. We had our own palapa with a table and chairs right outside our sliding patio door and an amazing view of the beach/ocean. We were within walking distance to the Malecon/downtown San Felipe. We felt secure in the location and Victor was very responsive. We had cold water the first night, but when it was brought up to Victor the next morning he immediately checked and fixed the problem. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on the premise with extremely friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. My only criticism was the cost per night, however, I do realize that we were staying over an event weekend.
