Rick's place was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city of Everett, WA. The view from the kitchen was absolutely stunning and the storm the night before was an added bonus since I love rain storms. We were able to use our Netflix account which was really good because the weather wasn't as cooperative as we had hoped.
The kitchen was in pristine condition and it was easy to use. I really liked the kitchen amenities. The shower and the bed were wonderful as well. I can't tell you how many hotels I have been to where the mattresses are rock hard and the shower has little to no water pressure. Both were excellent.
We accomplished our mission which was to have a peaceful and relaxing weekend with little to no stress. I just wish that the weather had been more cooperative because I would have loved to walk on the beach a lot more.

The house is wonderful, but wish we could have gotten to the beach. If you open the windows you can hear the ocean but can’t see it. Also parking was a bit tight as the house next to us had multiple cars parked oddly.
Rick was a great host and answered question promptly. House was clean and smelled great! Beds were comfy ( we used the downstairs bedroom) and nice and tall! Would totally recommend this cute little house!

The place was great for our friends and family. first trip with our baby and thr house felt safe and comfortable. had a different Air B&B and Rick upgraded us due to some maintenance issues. overall this house is not a bummer at all. enjoyed the hot tub and the river view.
