Vivo - our host - was very friendly, he managed our question even when it was heavy rain outside, so helpful.
In our case, there was only minus - the distance and the journey from Batumi. We visited the city almost every day. It took a lot of energy and time. So if you have some business in the city, consider this. On the other hand, if you want to have just peaceful time - I'd definitely recommend this house.

Сами апартаменты имеют приятный вид на море и теневую сторону, что в жару очень удобно. Но описанные выше ситуации подпортили впечатление.
