We found the location of the rental to be excellent. The beach and the trolly stop were close. The pool was great. There were plenty of towels and beach accessories provided which was nice. Things to be improved on would be the response time on messages, cleanliness of the rental, and possibly providing a cooler for the beach would be nice. It could use some replacing of carpet and minor repairs as well. Overall, we loved the location the most so it was a good stay.

This condo was great for my family and I. We loved the location and easy one block walk to beach access. The condo was equipped with all needed amenities and we loved the 2 outside decks and outside shower. Bedrooms and beds were clean and very comfortable. We did have 2 situations at arrival left from the previous renters, which we handled and made the reality group aware and they were very responsive and sent someone over for assistance if needed, which I was happy about. I really liked the set up of the condo and we would definitely rent again on our next trip back to AMI. Thank you!!
