Cons: NO hot water, and no space to hang wet clothes.
We enjoyed the stove as we made our own espresso daily, and really loved the washer/dryer. The building is very safe with 24hr security.

L’appartement lui-même est à une courte marche de la Playa 72, à 10 minutes de la 5e avenue à son meilleur (après la 42). On avait 2 supermarchés littéralement à quelques mètres, un lavomatic au coin de la rue, plein de restaurants savoureux.
Notre hôte Rodrigo était super efficace, proactif, sympathique et prévenant, nous avons adoré communiquer avec lui.
L’immeuble est neuf et l’appartement aussi. Les couchages sont très confortables, le ménage est fsit chaque semaine, et les deux piscines sont magnifiques. Nous avons eu des difficultés avec l’eau courante (pression et écoulement rendus difficiles par la présence de sable dans les tuyaux) mais Rodrigo a fait tout son possible pour nous venir en aide.
Nous recommandons cet appartement et nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
