The location is great, the creek is right in the backyard, with a nice flow. We saw a few trout in it. We were there with our kids for Christmas so we had quite a bit of trash early on and they sent someone right away when we called for a pick up. The cabin was great for our family, the kids liked the beds upstairs tucked into the walls
