Data note

These figures are estimates based on Airbtics' tracked Airbnb and short-term rental data. Actual occupancy, ADR, revenue, and listing counts may differ from a company's internal PMS or owner reports. We have refined this methodology over 6 years and use our best effort to keep the data accurate and useful.

Which listings do Rouba manage?

Rouba manage 11 listings in Sete.

Market Listings Rank Host Score
Sete 11 #3 of 38 72

How we count listings: we only include properties with enough booking history to measure — in practice, listings that were available for booking for at least 3 months of the last 365 days, or that appeared in our most recent monthly refresh. Listings that only open for a short period can drop out. A market is also shown on its own only when a company has 5 or more tracked listings there, so smaller footprints are grouped under “Other markets”.

Amazing cabin and a beautiful setting. Our family had a wonderful time hanging out on the terrace, and the pool. Really helpful and friendly host.

Highly recommend booking the Dome! It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Even though the weather was hot and there is no air conditioning, the fans kept us cool at night and it was very comfortable. The entire property was fantastic the pools and Onsen up the hill was a nice addition, amazing views and very tranquil.
★★★★★
★★★★★
Really beautiful place. Sitting in the pools and enjoying the view was a great way to start the day. We’ve been to Sète 4 times and always stayed more in the town, but this was definitely more enjoyable. Sure, it’s a bit uphill, but it’s fine. My wife is 4 months pregnant and she was fine walking back every day. Rouba was an excellent host, she gave us great recommendations and helped us with a...

The fisherman's cabin is one of the best places I've stayed. The indoor-outdoor setting was perfect in the summer heat and the views and breeze you get from being a bit elevated were well worth the slightly steep walk up the hill. Plus once you get to the top you can take a dip in the pool to cool off! Rouba was also a great, friendly host. I'll definitely be back.
