Overall, I still highly recommend this listing and I would come back as the unit construction and furnishings are of good quality. Quiet and clean. Nice balcony to catch the breeze and good facing out to vista views.
Check in and out is self service. Deposit collection was a bit troublesome as we paid cash and had to wait for staff to pass back us on checkout day. Thankful one staff bank transferred me as the staff with cash was running late.
However, the check-in process was quite rigid. We arrived 15 minutes early but weren’t allowed to check in ahead of time. The process required filling in personal details, paying a RM200 deposit, and submitting a photo of an IC/driving license/passport in advance. Despite completing all the steps, the room was not ready at 3 PM as scheduled. We ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes past check-in time before the cleaner personally handed us the key card.
Overall, a good stay, but the check-in experience could have been smoother.
