We were a group of four and we stayed for 2 weeks, and it was our first time visiting PV. The unit was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the full kitchen as we ate in a lot. The unit is in a low rise building within a gated complex so we felt safe. And the pool in the communal area was nice for those days we didn’t want to go to the beach.
Las Jarretaderas is between PV Centro and the other towns like Sayulita, San Pancho and Lo de Marcos, so it was easy to get to them. We didn’t have a car so we took Uber, taxis and buses. Just note that the nearest beach is about a 35-45 minute walk, so having a car would be more convenient.
The quirky thing about the unit is the living room. The unit allows for 4 people but the living room could only seat 3. And the TV was not centered but to the left so it made watching and lounging awkward.
Kerry and team were responsive, gave clear instructions and answered all our questions.
Overall value and experience was great!
