This was our first time staying in Sanibel after many years in Captiva. The condo was very nice, clean, new furniture, kitchen well appointed. Plenty of clean white towels. Nice comfortable beds and bedding. The beach was an easy walk across the street. The pool was pristine and the new landscaping lovely. Excellent value overall.Also worth mentioning we left a couple items behind and we were contacted immediately and offered to have them mailed to us. That level of integrity was greatly appreciated.

The unit was a bit worn and had some damage, but that is likely due to the recent severe hurricanes. Rental staff was very responsive. Fabulous location - very short walk to beautiful beach.

Outstanding location. The condo was exactly what I had hoped. Hurricane Milton had damaged some facilities, such as the pool and walkways, but we knew that in advance. I communicated to the host that the exterior stairwell lights were not on, and there was a work crew there to fix it first thing next day. Our group was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this rental.
