A gem of a place in a great location near ASU. Super cute tiny houses designed for a feeling of spaciousness, even with two people and a dog. Washer/dryer in the unit, and they provided soap, a very helpful touch for travelers.
We were getting our car repaired and it was easy to get around without it. In fact, I walked to a hair appointment in 20 minutes, and there were plenty of culturally diverse restaurants within a few blocks. This place is a great value for the area, especially with a pup along.

Pros: Convenient location for my work at ASU. Space didn't feel too "tiny", we were comfortable in it. With closed windows we didn't notice road noise.
Cons: It was pretty sparse on the amenities and lacked those "extras" of a 5 star Airbnb. To properly use the kitchen it needs to be better stocked. Only one roll of spare toilet paper. Stained couch.

Great location in a fun area of Phoenix. Walkable to food, coffee, museums and parks etc. The apt is clean and simple, but there had been rain and there was an active ceiling leak in the kitchen area during our stay. We texted about it but did not hear back. That said, it didn't impact our stay. And the host was very responsive to phone calls. The bed was pretty comfortable, but it sits on the floor and the bed frame is cheap junk. I would just get rid of the frame if it were my bnb. The bathroom is clean and spacious, but the sink is tiny, with no room to set your toiletries anywhere. The room lock takes getting used to, as it's not clear if it locks right away from the outside, but it did. Overall, very good location, with dedicated parking.
