This is a very clean and well managed property. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well appointed, and the location is convenient. There is a large garage perfect for storing gear, or being used as a rumpus room for the kids. There is closet space, and plenty of bathrooms for guests. The house is so clean we suspected it may never have been rented before.
Do be aware that although the property is billed as pet friendly, pets must be confined to a small strip of tile by the entrance and to the kitchen, and are not allowed in any other parts of the house, including the living area that connects the front door to kitchen. Logistically speaking, this is almost an impossibility, so I hope you are traveling with a small dog who likes to sleep in the garage.

The place is incredible. A little pricey maybe, but worth every last dime!
The location, awesome! This particular unit has unobstructed mountain views and is directly adjacent to the pool. Looks EXACTLY like the photos.
We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for 8 people, and the kitchen had every single thing we needed. And it was roomy enough for several of us to cook simultaneously.
The property manager is very communicative and helpful. Some hosts with many listings treat their guests impersonally and it feels like talking to a business. Not here! It felt like a one-on-one experience.
Comfy beds and extremely nice sheets. The master bathroom is insane and bigger than my own kitchen.
Yes, it’s a townhouse. But it’s HUGE and feels like a true home. Well-built, you CANNOT hear any noise from the adjoining units.
The bicycles are a nice touch too and the garage and driveway easily can fit 4 cars.
Keep in mind: the jacuzzi is open all year but the pool is closed for winter.
