This house was a great size, very clean, large common space (kitchen/dining/living room). Their amenities were all very nice, and thoughtful. The bed we used was very comfortable. The master is on the other side of the house from the other 3 bedrooms which would work out really nice it one couple in the party gets up earlier, or wants a slightly separate space. The outdoor space was really nice (pool and patio). Neighborhood was nice and quiet. If you reach out to the owner they are very responsive. Highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

We enjoyed staying in this house very much. The street was quiet but a very easy walk to the beach through Lori Wilson Park right across the street and an easy walk or drive to a lot of restaurants. It also only took about 25 minutes to drive to Kennedy Space Center from here. The house itself was very clean and cozy and had a wonderful 1950s Florida vibe. It had all the supplies we needed and was really comfortable. We felt at home right away. Our kids especially loved the pool and the poolside dining table on the covered patio was great for meals and hanging out. We will try to stay here again if we make a return trip to Cocoa Beach. We had the most relaxing and fun girls trip here. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and exploring local restaurants and beaches. The host was always responsive to any needs of ours and helped make it a smooth experience. I would totally recommend staying here not only for the home, but for the area itself.

The property was lovely! Beds were very comfortable and we loved how close the beach was. Fully stocked on necessities and beach/pool accessories. Very spacious dining and living areas. Pool was too cold to use but mostly due to the season. Wish we would’ve taken the community into account as we were on spring break, majority were older residents but at the same time was very peaceful!
