One word: Fantastic. This is a spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with every amenity a water-loving family could want: relaxing jacuzzi, heated pool, and kayaks available to plop off the dock into the inlet. The outdoor patio area, next to the pool has a roof and is essentially another room, with lounge chairs and a full-size table. One of three nearby nature preserves is within walking distance and offer extensive biking and walking trails. Also within walking distance is the causeway park, and just over the causeway (5 mins) is a retail and grocery area. Anna Maria Island, with bayside sunsets and a renowned beach with silky smooth sand, is just over a drawbridge in the other direction. It’s a short drive when the bridge is down, though it gets backed up coming back after sunset.

Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. The place was very clean and had all the essentials. The location was ideal. The only thing that was missing was warm weather, but that didn't stop us from enjoying Anna Maria Island!
