Basically a 2 rooms (bedroom & living/dining/kitchen room). Because the AC is a wall unit in the living/dining/kitchen rm, temperature can be significantly different between the 2 rooms. The temperature difference was not really an issue for us, but noted. We did enjoy the swimming pool, but it really needs to be renovated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tight on space, but our family of 4 made it work. Won't be in the lap of luxury here, but overall, this is a great budget option for a visit to Chincoteague

You get what you pay for and this little unit was quite the bargain. The beautiful location on the creek overlooking the marsh with numerous birds was the best thing about it. The furnishings were basic, the kitchen area was tiny but functional for simple meals (bring your own condiments including salt and pepper), and the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend it for more than two adults.

Property is located on the Bay Side of Ocean City. Cute cottage with an outstanding view of the Bay. Everything you need on vacation is there for cooking, laundry, liens.
Only negative for me was the first floor heat system. It’s the through wall mounted type used in motels, very loud and turns on and off frequently. Could not hear the TV when the heater was running, very annoying. Other than that we loved the place. Our dog loved it too 🐶❤️
