On arrival I had an issue with the lock codes.... the instructions issued were incorrect. I had to call the office which took a while, the whole experience was made worse due to the cold weather and being stuck outside for 30 mins. On arrival there was also an issue with the heater which was not working. After a few hours of calling through they agreed to re-locate me. It wasn't an ideal start to my trip. But once the room was changed, it was ok. I don't want to be too harsh as these problems do happen, however I feel this should have been resolved in the morning before I got to the room. Rather than me arriving and the room being ice cold!
