This room was a great base for a weekend in Winchester. Within a short walking distance of the city centre and all amenities and the cathedral and museums. Although the property is on quite a busy road, my room was at the back of the property and very quiet. Access to basic kitchen facilities was appreciated. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Early check in was appreciated.
The only thing I was disappointed by was not being able to find live news on the television.

The two bed ground floor apartment was exactly as described and the hosts were very active and replied quickly to my queries. Definitely worth the money being a slightly cheaper option than other Airbnbs in the area.
It was a perfect size for me and my friend with two rooms with ensuites and a good little kitchen/living room. The location is also great because it's just outside the centre of Southampton so the neighbourhood is quieter, but the centre is in walking distance so best of both worlds.
The only reason I can't give 5* is because there was someone staying above the apartment who was making a lot of noise, very loud footsteps and loud noises that make it harder to sleep. Since the apartment is apart of a boutique hotel though, the person above may have just been a noisy guest of the hotel as I presume above was a hotel room/other apartment.
