View! First and foremost, you can't beat the view of sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the 17th floor!
Location: We were right on the beach, on the boardwalk/path that runs along the beach for miles, close to restaurants (highly recommend Cafe Bernie's across the street!) and close to Citibike bike rentals where we rented bikes to ride to S. Beach.
Accommodation: The apartment was pristine - very clean and uncluttered! Our hosts paid extra attention to details like providing soft toilet paper, a laundry card, plenty of soft bathroom towels, drinks, coffee, nice beach towels, beach chairs, dishwashing liquid, paper towels,...
Hosts: Shane and Maru are the most communicative hosts I've ever had! They let us check in at 1:00, provided helpful lists of restaurants/grocery stores/public transportation, were proactive in asking how they can help... the best!

Sane and Maru were incredible hosts which only makes the experience that much better. The oceanfront view and quick access to the beach is unbeatable. The building has everything you need including laundry, stores, food, pool and tennis court. The free valet parking is an amazing feature if you plan to drive or rent a car. I will defiantly be back and very happy with my hosts and the space.
