Site manager & bar lady were nice so was Pantera! Bar n Food were remarkably good! Ac worked well in March weather, Unit 24 was structurally nice, the trees made it hard to park a 4 door mid size car (could us some trimming back for car parking!). For a 5ish yr old community some of the houses looked abandoned and unkept, experienced 2 hair raising electric outing of the whole house when taking a shower at night (due to water heater being also electric) resolved by not turning on large living room ac. Master room had a slightly moldy smell especially the closets were not usable (most likely the cause to be the upstairs bathroom leaky glass shower wall base). Washer leaks large puddles of water. 2 small Cenotes horrible, Large pool towards back corner moldy lacks chemicals.

We Loved our stay! It was a great spot close to everything we needed and central for driving to nearby attractions.
Beautiful home. Great pools. Awesome rooftop and excellent service from staff.
Highly recommend.
Only negative is noisy road with lots of traffic. Suggest earplugs or noise cancelling headphones for light sleepers. We got used to it and it was not a problem. But others may want this info to be prepared.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful and spacious home, which was perfect for our group of eight. The decor was stunning, and the natural light throughout the space made it feel even more welcoming. We especially loved the living and dining areas, where we gathered daily with our chef—it was the perfect setup for group meals and late night conversations!
Although we didn’t get to use the main pool due to the cooler evenings, the rooftop pool was comfortably warm and a great spot to relax, we even did a morning group stretch on the roof. Communication with the host was thorough and seamless from start to finish, and they were very accommodating to our group’s needs. Highly recommend this stay!

Extremely nice and comfortable apartment with all additional amenities: pools, gym, co-working area. It is not very central but with a car good accessible but thanks to that very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped- as a family with 2 small children we enjoyed our stay a lot!
