Shoreline Properties was great with all the help they provided us due to Airbnb listing the wrong address! SP was very happy to help us find a place closer than the true location on 80th street so that we could be closer to walking distance to the big country concert. We thought we booked 13st location as listed on Abnb.

Well stocked kitchen, place was clean, beautiful view of the bay with plenty of porch seating. Great location 1 block from the north and south beach bus transit to get around the city easily. Mattresses need to be updated. Had to make your own bed, sheets and towels delivered by a service. None were installed which is inconvenient if you are a late arrival and just want to drop your stuff and go to bed. Three beds and only enough blankets for two, had to go searching for bed pillows. No house rule directions that we could find like where the garbage goes, how they want the unit left upon exit, etc Had to drive to another location to pick up and drop off the keys which was inconvenient and not what you expect renting through AirBnB.

We came down for Oceans Calling and had a great time. The unit had a fantastic view of the bay. It is in walking distance to Fager Island, Macky’s, Seacrets, convenience stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked.
