Data note

These figures are estimates based on Airbtics' tracked Airbnb and short-term rental data. Actual occupancy, ADR, revenue, and listing counts may differ from a company's internal PMS or owner reports. We have refined this methodology over 6 years and use our best effort to keep the data accurate and useful.

Which listings do Simple Life Rentals manage?

Simple Life Rentals manage 127 listings on Airbnb.

Market Listings Rank Host Score
Other markets 127 — —
Total (company-wide) 127 — —

How we count listings: we only include properties with enough booking history to measure — in practice, listings that were available for booking for at least 3 months of the last 365 days, or that appeared in our most recent monthly refresh. Listings that only open for a short period can drop out. A market is also shown on its own only when a company has 5 or more tracked listings there, so smaller footprints are grouped under “Other markets”.

★★★★★
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location - nearby all of our favorite Door County stops, perfect setting on the lake, loved the fire pit, and cozy cottage.
★★★★★
We did a quick family trip to Door County and wanted to find a place to stay on the water. This cabin on Kangaroo Lake was peaceful and close to other Door County amenities - we loved it!
★★★★★
Location was perfect as a base to explore Door county
★★★★★
Great location! The house is well maintained and nicely decorated. The river is stunning. Saw so many eagles and loons. Loved the kayaks and paddle boats. My son got lots of fish off the dock. Overall-great place.
★★★★
The place was just what we were looking for, a cottage in Door County near the water. You can see the lake from the living room and there's outdoor space to enjoy the peace of the area. You will need to drive everywhere, but that's expected when you're looking for a place that's more secluded. The cottage is very homey and comfortable and we would stay here again.
