NY break with friends. Lovely house great views. Close to the sea with lovely walks. Comfortable & clean. Heating was difficult to control and lighting was a bit odd, again difficult to control. Dishwasher had a fault which needs looking at.
The weather was dreadful but we managed to get out for a walk once in the 3 days we stayed. There was loads of room for us all. It has a well equipped kitchen but only one bin liner was left for us and between 8 people we produced a lot of waste. More toilet rolls would also have been a bonus.
We had a wonderful short break and with a couple of small changes this is a fabulous place to stay with friends.

I have marked up as great etc, after the initial problem with the key safe code everything was great. Smart homes were very proactive in fixing the issue so i have no complaint at all. there was enough crockery, cutlery etc for our famiy christmas lunch, we had a great time, plenty of room and so close to the beach so great views from the windows.
