Firstly there was no duvet for the sofa bed and we had to go to a hotel down the road to pick one up. This should be checked after every stay.
Second, the fixtures and fittings are not in great condition. The lamps are wobbly, the tap in the kitchen is very wobbly, the window in the front room is dirty with bird droppings. One of the chairs in the kitchen was broken
