Really good locations and easy to communicate hosts. There was some superficial cleaning which could have been done e.g lick of paint over water stains etc. But really comfortable bed and can’t fault the place, looks exactly like the pictures.
Not the best washing machine, but this is only something to note for longer stays.
WiFi isn’t great and I used my hot spot a lot but it does say pocket wifi in the description so you get what you expect.
Perfect location literally minutes walk to the beach and some lovely coffee shops and food places. Hosts were really accommodating with a late check out (for a fee) and got this sorted very fast.
Hosts are very easy to communicate with and overall was a good stay!

Had such a wonderful stay at Springview. Beautiful house equipped with everything needed, gorgeous bathroom, clean and tidy bedrooms all with split systems which was a pleasure oh the hot summer days. walking distance to shop and beach. It was so peaceful at the house you could hear nothing but the birds and silence. Quiet spot but close to everything. Will definitely be returning in the future.

For those thinking of visiting Melbourne I would highly recommend this place. Many tourists head for the city but here you have the best of both worlds - walkable beaches/ bars / restaurants and pubs in the great suburbs of St Kilda/Middle park and Albert park AND you can easily and quickly get into the city at a very cheap cost. The place itself was an ideal base - roomy for 3/4 - nice outside courtyard too. Would highly recommend as a place to stay and the company running the bnb were excellent and friendly to deal with ! I will be coming back to this or one of their other properties!
