Spacious and clean. Exactly matched listing except the hand-held shower head was in the master bathroom. The furniture was mostly comfortable and there are lots of choices of places to sit. The kitchen was minimally supplied - there were adequate plates/bowls/flatware etc., but if you want to cook very much, not sure everything you need would be found. We solved this by eating out, lots of good choices nearby. Usually in airbnbs operated by homeowners there is "stuff" left in the kitchens but here - s&p was all there was. There were a couple things not functional but cannot say that will persist so will not list here. (We had pizza and wings that suited us very well from Pinellas Pizza on the corner.) The only problem we had was the pool - the listing stated "hot tub" but this is NOT a hot tub. There is no separate heater/plumbing so there is no way to get it warmer than the whole pool. They did refund what we had paid for pool heat when we realized this. Overall very good.

The house was clean. There were paper products and coffee supplies. The kitchen isn't equipped very well.

We had a great time! Host was very responsive and the house was as advertised. Pool was great and everything was clean. My kids enjoyed fishing in the canal in the backyard. (Don’t go past the markers in the back yard as the neighbor is very verbal about not liking it. 😬)
