This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Walk across the street to the included beach club and beach access. High quality kitchen items make cooking a breeze. Located right next to all the nightlife action in Tamarindo but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Definitely would recommend this place.

Our stay was perfect! Adriana and staff were wonderful and so helpful! They even helped us plan transportation and some activities. Adriana was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. The condo guide provided was top notch, too! The condo was in a great location. You can walk anywhere in just minutes…beach, grocery store, restaurants, pool, etc. This was our best trip to CR yet…many thanks to Adriana and her crew.

I struggle reading reviews because sometimes I think it is just friends of owner of family writing them . I am neither, and this place was great. Easy walk to beach , food and shops . You can fit 3 small cars or 2 large cars in driveway .( an amazing free thing to have in San Diego ). 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, beach towels. There were other things we didn’t use - things I saw - grill, fire pit, cart to lug beach things, chairs, some buckets. I’d def stay again . Inside was spotless.

The only drawback were the roads into the house, very bumpy. And the internet went out for a few days. Grandkids weren't happy about that! Cris was very helpful in planning our excursions and got back to us in a very short time. Yamy, who came to make breakfast, clean the bathrooms and bedrooms, make Pina coladas and guacamole in the afternoon for us was amazing!! We loved having her there!! The house was perfect for the 13 of us and liked that we were within walking distance of the beach and small little restaurants were also very good. Thank you for a wonderful 12 days in Playa Grande, Costa Rica.

House is beautiful and clean and has everything you could need to cook, grill, make blended drinks or smoothies, smoke meats, etc. It was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeper and Concierge and pool guy were all awesome!! Housekeeper made big breakfast every morning and made snacks and cut fruit, made smoothies, etc. she helped with drinks but did not know drinks very well … but she looked up what she did not know and helped with prep. Restaurant recommendations by concierge were awesome. Did sunset evening trip to Tamarindo that was so nice as well. Beach club and beach were amazing. Using kayaks and Paddle Boards was super easy. Food and drinks were very good!! Excursions were easy to arrange and not far Our family loved this place. House set up and location are just fantastic! I have done a lot of travel and home rentals . This place and the staff and facilities are top notch!
