Our small family really enjoyed our stay at the Heron Cottage. The surroundings were very peaceful and the easy access trails were perfect for my husband who runs. It was a quick drive to town and Mackenzie Beach was a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tree Frog House! It is very clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen was very well appointed (pots and pans etc).
The house is a short walk (5 mins tops) to Chesterman Beach and walking distance to coffee (Tofician) and tacos (Tacofino).
The host was very responsive to questions and great to deal with.
We will stay again.

Things we loved:
- clean, spacious, quiet area
- lots of counter space esp in bathrooms
- extra hooks to hang towels
- plenty of hangers and drawers for clothing
- bedside outlets
- the shower set up/ controls were the best
- EV charger was very convenient
Things that could be better:
- the 2nd bathroom tub did not drain very well
- we like firm mattresses but these were a little too firm that a couple of us woke up with sore backs.
I never had to contact the host as all the information that I needed were already communicated to me early on. We would definitely stay here again!
