Pros: the house is not cluttered but still had everything we needed. We bring a lot with us with 4 people and a dog so we like that the house was clear for us to swell into.
I had everything I needed to create meals for my family, the grill and full kitchen were great. Bring your own olive oil, condiments, and spices if you cook :)
The Arcade was awesome, especially for my son.
The backyard is fully fenced in for our dog. This was huge for us since he needs to run around.
The hot tub is killer, perfectly large enough for the four of us, and very clean. The whole house is clean!

The only thing that I wont even call a con is that I didn’t realize the house was in a neighborhood vs on the outskirts. It worked fine for us but worth noting!
