My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The house comfortably accommodated 8 of us with no issues. The private pool was a major plus! Location was prime. Just a few minute drive to the town, golf course, and beach. We will definitely be back!

4-day getaway after Christmas. Location is great, lot of restaurants nearby and beach accessible via golf cart in like 5-10 minutes. The house was a cool design and lots of balcony space. The golf cart that’s included makes everything accessible in minutes. Very quiet street and a 1 min walk to a cool coffee shop. For our family of 4 (2 teens), it was plenty of space and our kids loved it.
Construction underway next door (needs more privacy in two of the bathrooms).

This place was fine. Note that it's a shotgun floorplan, so guests in the living room will have to go through the master to get in an out of the unit. Everything was clean and in a good location. Our only concern is the rental agreement. It is extensive and full of some concerning legalese, such as:
--RENTER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILTY FOR ALL DAMAGES CAUSEDBY RENTER AND AGREES TO PAY ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS.
--Renter also agrees to pay PABHC’s or Owner’sattorney’s fees and costs incurred to collect damages from Renter.
--We will make every effort to ensure that the Check in is at 4pm but cannotguarantee it.
--Check out is at 11am sharp.
I assume it protects the property owner from a few bad actors, but in the hands of an unscrupulous owner (or even a minor mistake or misunderstanding) can put you at significant liability. We left the place clean and followed the checkout instructions to the extent we could, but fingers crossed we didn't make a mistake that we'll get a bill for later.

I own a short term rental property myself, and there are certain things I provide for my guests that I don't always find at other rentals - this place had them all. The decor was amazing and gave it a homey feel. Everything looked brand new. I didn't realize from the pics that there is a door so the master space can be completely closed off, which would be nice for groups that need to use the sleeper sofa. It was easy to unload with a parking spot right outside the bedroom door. Loved having a quick walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
