The place had an excellent location! Just had to wait for one hour since the place was not yet clean when we arrived. The cleaner said she was late for the day. So we just strolled around first. The place was so close to the beach, restaurants and groceries so no worries. There was also a system issue in airbnb on the payments for our extension so I was charged a higher price but all in all it was okay. The hosts communicated well and made sure we have everything we need. Unit was fully equipped and really appreciated the fact that they had some toddler items our 2-year old daughter can use- beach toys, small ladder etc. Thank you, Tanja and team! Would love to stay here again next time. We had a lovely time at your lovely home :)

The location was very peaceful & relaxing, the cottage homely & inviting. It had everything we needed & communication was easy. Perfect for a country escape & our dogs had a ball!
Cowra is only half an hours drive away, & The Japanese Gardens are stunning, definitely worth a visit. We would definitely stay at Mulberry Cottage again.

A great location and quiet apartment for a long weekend stay. The main drawback for us was the air conditioning. We had asked ahead of time whether there was working air conditioning in both bedrooms, and after being told yes, we booked the apartment. We were disappointed to find this was not the case, instead, there was a wall unit in the living room that did not provide much air flow into the bedrooms. Had we known this when researching options, we would not have booked this property.
