Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay in house and the area again. The house is a nice property with so many bedrooms and bathrooms it's perfect for a large group along with large kitchen table and kitchen. Our kids loved the arcade games and the theater room. It is a very short, easy walk to ocean and a great stretch of beach and the community pool area is very nice as well. Only reasons we didn't rate a five-star were the ice maker wasn't working and never got repaired, there were some ants in the kitchen especially and some bedrooms as well, we had to ask for the hot water heater to get turned up as with 12 people it was only staying warm enough for 2-3 showers initially and we had some issues with getting a new propane tank for grill we paid for but the grill fee was refunded due to the delay getting propane tank. Stephen/property managers were very responsive on these issues and tried to address any issues we had. Would recommend house to a large group!
