We had a great stay at this two-bedroom operated by The Livingston Collection. Everything was as described. There were a few things missing upon arrival such as paper towels and trash bin bags but the host responded immediately and sent them within 12 hours. They also sent an additional heater when the weather got unusually cold. Location was perfect, walking distance from very good restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great experience.

This is my second time at this Airbnb and I'm gladly going to return to it again. You have your privacy, it feels like you're living in your own apartment, location is great, in fun walkable neighborhood, hosts are very responsive, place is very nice and clean. I highly recommend it!

Lovely studio apartment with many thoughtful touches. The apartment building itself was nice as well, located in the heart of Los Feliz. There were some communication issues during check-in, that took about an hour to resolve. Another important factor to note is that this unit is located on the second floor of the building with no elevator. Not sure if this fact is listed in the profile, but I did not notice at the time of booking. Because I was in the process of moving, I had many belongings with me that required multiple trips up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out.
Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay in a wonderful neighborhood.
