Coolest feature: You can sit in the hot tub at night and watch the lighthouse in operation as the beam passes right over your head. This house is quite literally just across the street from the lighthouse and is in a great location in general. It’s quiet, private, feels secluded although it’s in a neighborhood. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It’s only a 5-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Very close to beaches. Appears newly-renovated. Hot tub is newish. Back porch appears newish. It was clean. This house could comfortably fit a family with 2-3 children. Was great for my wife and I getting away for a long weekend.
