This unit is in a beautiful location with easy access to a very quiet beach. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise each morning and appreciated the ease of parking. The boardwalk to the beach right behind the unit was under construction during our stay so we did have to walk to the next one. The unit itself could use a bit of TLC. One should be aware when booking that fees for gate entrance/parking (required) and beach chairs/umbrella (optional) are not included in the price of the unit and the management company will contact you immediately to pay these additional fees. Also be aware that there are no beach towels provided with the unit. There was excess communication from the management company that was often confusing as it was automated and would remind us to do things or pay for things we had already taken care of. That being said, the management company was very responsive to our questions.
