Nice stay overall, but the house could use a few updates.
The place was comfortable and the location was great. However, the patio area needed a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. With a few improvements, it could easily be a 5-star stay.

Nice home in beautiful Gated Palmas Del Mar. House was in a quiet neighborhood where many residents live. You definitely need transportation to get around Palmas. I rented a golf cart for moving around inside Palmas and a car for when you leave community. The area has many luxury homes, condos and apartments. Everything is easily accessible when inside the community. The beach and everything else on site is about a 5 min drive . There’s restaurants, golfing, yacht club, private beach, bank, little supermarket, vehicle rental all onsite. The house was a good size 3 bedrooms and comfortable. A/C in all rooms, WiFi, full kitchen, TV in the living room and master bedroom. The backyard has a pool and has fencing and natural barriers for privacy from the neighbors .The only thing I didn’t like was the master bedroom bed was not firm too soft, probably from just being used and worn out. This is a perfect place for a small family. There’s 3 more beds in the two other guest . bedrooms .

We had an amazing stay at 7th Heaven. We brought the kids to calabash book fest and the house was exactly what we were looking for! You're a beautiful 10 min drive down the hill to the beach, which was perfect for us. Close enough to all the festivities but just secluded enough to escape to our own peace and quiet. The house is beautiful and had every amenitie needed for a perfect stay. Its cleen and up to date. We couldn't get the kids out of the pool. The staff is great and Ms. Claudette, the homeowner, was super quick to respond, and super helpful with suggestions for all the local gems to check out. Thanks again for the awesome stay. We'll be back soon!
