We liked this building for its convenient location and parking. There are many restaurants and shops around within walking distance.
The listing had photos of multiple rental units managed by the same company, so we didn’t know what it really looked like until check-in. The unit assigned to us was outdated with visible wear and tear.
Just note that the windows are thin so you can hear the outside traffic and music.

We had 4 separate units but each unit is equipped with different kind of locks on the doors. It would be best if they were all the same type (either digital or traditional). The mail box locks were a little bit hard to operate. Otherwise they were clean and spacious.

With 5 travelers - 3 who were 23 years old - it was beneficial that we had 3 separate studio condos. All easy to access, well stocked and very clean. Because we had our kids, being walkable to downtown Waikiki was essential - while the condos were awesome and very comfortable, downtown Waikiki is very loud at all hours.
